We are currently seeking a dedicated Centre Admin Assistant to join our team at our Vasse service centre.
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (33 hours per fortnight, 3 days per week)
Preferred Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Negotiable)
Flexible Start & Finish Times
Role Overview:
As a Centre Admin Assistant, you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include administrative and coordination duties essential for the smooth operation of MSWA's Vasse Office.
Additionally, you will handle telephone enquiries professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and visitor welcoming process, ensuring compliance with safety and registration requirements.
- Handle telephone enquiries promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate client engagement activities and provide assistance as needed.
- Support the well-being of clients during their visits.
- Maintain responsive communication within the Vasse office and across the organization.
- Foster a team culture focused on exceptional customer service.
- Assist with office coordination tasks such as vehicle management and safety.
- Manage stationary and consumable orders.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the manager.
Our ‘must haves’
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer literacy with a willingness to learn new programs.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
Our ‘nice to haves’
- Recent clerical experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of NDIS principles and practices.
- Experience with switchboards.
