Our Joondanna Centre is looking for a Centre Administrator to oversee enrolments and manage compliance within the service. About the Role Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor whilst maintaining confidentiality Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required Prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information as per company procedure Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure) Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner Available to…
