Qualifications & experience
- Computer skills essential, MYOB use desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.
- The ability to multitask while maintaining complex schedules and administrative support.
- Valid C class drivers license or ability to get it.
- Neat tidy appearance.
Tasks & responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Answering telephone calls with a professional telephone manner
- Scheduling in services and repairs
- Meeting and Greeting customers in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Picking up and dropping off customers as required
- Administrative and clerical duties as required, creating invoices and entering data.
- Quote customers, order parts and liaise with parts suppliers
- Assisting with bookings and reservations
- Maintenance of stock room
- Parts ordering
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
