The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Centre Director to oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance and staff development. Drawing on your prior experience in a similar role, you will uphold the Centre's high standards and foster an inclusive environment for children, families, and educators. This role offers flexible shifts and a 9-day fortnight, emphasizing work-life balance. You will receive ample support while also having the autonomy to shape and enhance
the service.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with families. Experience in the childcare industry, ideally spanning several years, is highly desirable.
Requirements

- Diploma in Children's Services
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
