About your role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the service with the close support of a highly skilled and experienced management team,
- Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another,
- Lead our Early Childhood Centre to provide exceptional care and educational programs for our children,
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

Essential Criteria:
- You must have previous experience as a Director/ Nominated Supervisor in an Early Childhood service (at least one year).
- Applicants must hold an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current Police Check (within 6 months).
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
- Bright, friendly, dedicated, and energetic
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration
- Ability to lead and develop teams and to work alongside Directors and report to the Area Manager
- Highly developed time management skills
- Able to travel to all other centres in Sydney if required
- Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
- Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.
