Your Role
As Campus Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth as well as providing a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
- Dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships with families and creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.
- Providing strong leadership and guidance to our clients team members.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care programs.
- Cultivating positive relationships with families and the wider community.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- Working With Childrens Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
- Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate
