Your new role
Your role as Centre Director will require you to oversee the full operation of the centre which includes, compliance and staff development. You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained and using your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for children, families and educators. You will be supported by an experienced 2IC and an excellent leadership team to share ideas and experiences with. You will report directly to the Director of Operations of the service who is at the service and provides in person support daily.
What you need...
The successful applicant will have,
- 2 years of experience as a Director
- Thorough understanding on compliance and implementation of child safety procedures within Early Childhood
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong knowledge of computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
