Weare a privately owned boutique long day care centre. We care for children agedsix (6) weeks to six (6) years and we are open from 7.00am to 6:00pm, Monday toFriday.

About the Role
Weare seeking a qualified Child Care Centre Manager who willbe responsible for:
▪ Inspireand guide a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and joyful workplace.
▪ Overseethe Centre's daily operations in accordance with our policies and procedures.
▪ Cultivatestrong community ties, including family partnerships, and strategically enhanceservice occupancy with your marketing acumen.
▪ Drive theCentre towards meeting/exceeding the National Quality Standards throughmentorship and support.
▪ Designand implement educational and care services tailored to the children'scultural, emotional, and developmental needs.
▪ Maintaineffective communication with parents, staff, and external partners.
▪ Handleadministrative tasks, including record-keeping and financial management.
▪ Ensureconsistent and meaningful parent-teacher communication, including thedistribution of newsletters and updates.
▪ Participatein staff meetings and professional development opportunities outside ofstandard hours.
▪ Addresschallenging behaviours with positive, effective strategies and update policiesas needed.
▪ Overseestaff recruitment, induction, and professional development, ensuring a highlevel of care and education is consistently provided.
About you:
Theminimum requirements for the position are:
▪ A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or arelated field.
▪ A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership and manager rolewithin the Early Childhood Sector.
▪ Current Working with Children Check.
▪ Current first aid
▪ Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NationalRegulations and National Quality Standards
