We are currently exclusively representing a Not for not-for-profit provider in their search for a leader to join their large service in South Penrith. The service consists of 2 Assistant coordinators who will support the Centre Manager, as well as an Educational Leader and a consistent team of educators.

- Licensed for 180+ however is averaging 160 each afternoon
- The team is consistent (not heavily reliant on casuals!
- Full-time permanent position
- $42 - $45 per hour + Super ($87k - $98k Salary Package!)
- This position is a Nominated Supervisor position
- The service operating hours are 6:30am - 9am AND 3pm - 6:30pm
- You will report to the Area Manager who reports into a Senior Operations Manager
- This role will lead service operations and oversee the quality and compliance of its service. This person will lead a qualified and experienced team
- Mange stakeholder relationships both internal and external
- You will work split shifts as the Nominated Supervisor
- This service operates a holiday program
- Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education.
- Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC (not essential, but desirable).
- First aid, WWCC, & Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk.
