Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to be based onsite in a newly developed centre southwest of Melbourne.
About the role
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with the centre's customers, various stakeholders and supporting the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Financial reporting and management.
- Deliver asset management plans.
- Identify opportunities to optimise tenancy mix and strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends, retail strategies and marketing opportunities.
About you
- Current shopping centre management experience

- Local market knowledge
