Duties:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks vital to the centre’s success, including but not limited to:
- Handling tenant inquiries and fostering positive relationships with them
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports to track progress and performance
- Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals to optimise revenue streams
- Thoroughly preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews for strategic decision-making
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures that align with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier needs, ensuring that the asset strategy remains in sync with the owner's vision for sustainable success
- Maintaining operational excellence and achieving long-term growth objectives for the shopping centre
- Previous experience working as a Centre Manager for a large shopping centre will be highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of financial acumen
- Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
