This Executive CEO role will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping the growth of the company. The role has a focus on account management and business development, with responsibility to implement the growth strategy.
To achieve this, you will bring your expertise in account management, sales, technology, and operations, and demonstrated leadership, and staff development experience. This experience could be from industries such as consulting, health care, legal or other services businesses.
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for driving the continued growth, success, profitability, and sustainability of the company. Specifically, this will include direct account management and development activities, developing and executing business improvement strategies, leading, coaching and inspiring a hard-working senior leadership team of 5, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners and the Board.
There will be a six to twelve months transition period into full day-to-day responsibilities for the new CEO. The current CEO (owner), will remain active in providing hands on leadership until you reach operational maturity. After this has been achieved, the current CEO (owner) will remain at the Board level after the successful transition.

Represent Translationz at industry events, networking and presenting our solutions
Board Governance, reporting, compliance, financial management and risk mitigation
Change management, continuous improvement and innovation.
The Applicant ProfileExperience
8+ years of experience in growing key accounts
Demonstrated track record and success, developing new business in enterprise-sized businesses
A track record in growing existing client accounts
A track record of building high performing teams
We are open to candidates with differing life situations ranging from mid-career, executive team members through to those who have exited another business
Bachelor’s degree or above
Based in Melbourne
