We are seeking an energetic, highly skilled and experienced Educators to join our growing team at our brand new state of the art service, Ashton's Place Immersive Learners!
About your new role:
- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
- You will have a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
- You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
- You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
About you:
- Certificate III or Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
