The role
Change continues to be part of our DNA and we like to think that's all part of the fun. Type of things you'll be working on and will involve:
- Leading the people side of change. You'll identify the impact on people through change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and building a change enablement strategy that improves adoption and minimises resistance.
- Ensuring changes stick. You’ll use your storytelling skills to empower everyone with the ‘why’ and ‘what’s in it for me’ behind the change. You’ll develop and deliver compelling communication materials, stakeholder training & awareness strategies to drive and reinforce change.
- Assessing organisational impact and readiness for each change initiative on a cluster /country level.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change. You’ll define success metrics and use data to inform how we measure and enhance the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Key accountabilities
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, and as a member of the project team, you will be responsible for working with the delivery partners and key business stakeholders across ANZ. These projects will focus on several core initiatives in the:
- E-commerce
- Sales and
- Operation space
With the intent to create a great customer experience, transform current technology capabilities, and drive operational efficiencies throughout its back-end operations.
Skills & experience
- Your sweet spot is at the intersection of people, process, technology and change management.
- Experience in Digital Change Management, Communications or HR supporting people-focused change projects.
- You have a passion for People systems and technology transformation.
- You're familiar with change management principles (Prosci) and / or tools.
- You love storytelling /communicating using visually impactful presentation and design skills.
- You get a kick out of large implementation projects and problem-solving for scale.
