THE OPPORTUNITY 

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our highly skilled Marketing team. 

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Marketing Communications, your main responsibility will be to lead campaign, content and Marketing Communications planning, management and execution for selected product/solution portfolios.  

We are open to considering candidates from Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC.  

We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative fast-paced environment while delivering best customer experience.  We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Campaign and content planning which involves working with various stakeholders in marketing, sales and with our agencies. Manage the development of campaign and content plans that are aligned to achieving the desired business results and customer experience.  
• Campaign management and execution while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Deliver all activities whilst managing budget and on time whilst ensuring committed business results are achieved.  
• Engage, inform and work alongside execution resources including digital marketing team, inside sales, sales, agency partners, channel, product and industry marketing to ensure all activity tasks are executed successfully whilst managing and recommending ways to overcome any disruptions or hurdles.  
• Return on investment by regularly reviewing the results to ensure your activities are delivering expected outcomes and report back with recommendations on how to improve results if they are not achieving the desired results. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Marketing, Communications or Business Degree  
• Digital marketing experience using Marketing Automation platforms 
• Experience and understanding of digital content best practice including sound knowledge of SEO 
• Ability to effectively manage projects, budgets, campaigns and events 

Desirable skills  

• Marketing Workflow Tools such as Workfront, Asana, Wrike, Simple experience 
• Channel marketing & technology industry experience
