About the opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding communications expert, with demonstrated experience driving comprehensive Internal Communications portfolios, to join our Communications and Marketing team. Proven expertise with email marketing platforms and event management will be a definite plus. An ideal candidate will have an excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Essential:
- Relevant degree qualifications in an appropriate field
- In-depth experience in a similar position with exposure to change management, engagement, and capability and performance frameworks
- Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed computer skills, with demonstrated experience in Learning and Development and Human Resource information systems and related applications
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
- Current class C driver’s licence.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $2,172.61 per week
- 35-hour working week
- Leaseback vehicle or car allowance
