THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for Corporate Communication Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in North Ryde, Sydney NSW.
This role is key in bringing life to the Corporate Communications strategy and maintaining the integrity of our brands both internally and externally. Activities are varied and can involve executing various communications whether it be general market awareness, customer or employee engagement.
Candidates having prior experience working in the technology sector or in a multinational company would be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of communication services including promotional activity, employee engagement, issues management, and stewardship of corporate identity and branding
- Develop and distribute key Corporate Communications both internally and externally via press releases, emails, website content, social media, intranet content etc. while maintaining corporate identity compliance
- Support the development of communications plans and coordination of campaigns and activities
- Support the business with development and deployment of crisis communications
- Manage the company’s website and intranet content
- Support in Event coordination
- Continuous improvement of internal and external communications processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism or public relations
- 4-5 years of experience in a communications role, either in-house or agency
- Proven and demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communications, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to make sound judgements and quick decisions
- Experience using SharePoint, Marketo, Meltwater as well as proficiency in MS Office
