• Marketing & Communication Business Partner (previous leadership experience essential)
• Marketing & Communication Advisor

As a brand advocate speaking to both internal and external audiences you will be responsible for building our brand profile, driving customer experience and growth whilst increasing employee & stakeholder engagement.

What you will do

• Provide effective marketing and communication management, identifying opportunities and providing access to solutions with a focus on continuous improvement and value to the business.
• Provide specialist marketing and communication advice, direction, and execution.
• Develop, manage, implement, and optimise marketing and communication plans that support overall company goals and objectives.
• Ensure all Marketing & Communications Team members under their direct and indirect management, work effectively to support the business goals and narrative.

What are we looking for from you?

• 5- 10 years’ experience/background in marketing and communications
• Demonstrated application of marketing and communication initiatives, projects, and tasks
• Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to set goals and work as part of a project team.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of marketing and communications plans and strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to lead and direct a team to produce outstanding results in a respectful and collaborative manner.
• Experience within in an industrial environment and the capability to acquire technical product knowledge project management skills, and the ability to set goals and work as part of a project team.
• Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and email marketing
