About our client:
This requirement is inside the Business Enablement Team of a large digital transformation program at our client from the Energy and Utilities sector.
Key Requirements:
- Must have strong experience in Change and Communications Management, with at least 5 years in relevant roles.
- Must have some recent experience working in the Energy and Utilities and relevant systems (Supply Chain Management (SAP / Oracle) / Enterprise Assets Management (Maximo) / Workforce Management (Oracle Field Services). (preferably Maximo)
- Work in business enablement and own and lead the overarching Change Strategy / Change Impact Analysis (CIA), Change Acceptance Plan (CAP) and interventions to align critical stakeholders and ensure the timeliness of key deliverables.
- Define the Project Delivery Approach.
- Be part of Resource Planning.
- Organise, coordinate, and manage workshops.
- Own the Communications approach, Stakeholder Engagement, Change readiness, and Capability development.
- Conduct change impact and barrier analyses, maturity assessments, and stakeholder interviews and define and implement intervention plans to address pain points and close gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement and monitoring of change management capability and deliver capability improvements within the team and across a network of change practitioners.
- Create compelling “moments” to build engagement and understanding of transformation value for the business.
- Identify and mitigate challenges, risks, and roadblocks to our Client’s Transformation Journey.
- Utilize modern communication tools and techniques to effectively disseminate information and updates across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and mentor a team of change agents and communication specialists, enhancing their skills and competencies to support ongoing and future change initiatives.
