The Role
As the Manager Change & Transition in the Operational Systems Program Cluster, you will play a crucial role in establishing a change framework and leading transition activities. Your focus will include stakeholder engagement and capability functions, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions within the Operational Systems Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop stakeholder mapping and engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key deliverables.
Implement multi-channel communication strategies and create targeted engagement and feedback activities.
Develop training resources and change management plans for staff and volunteer members.
Assess the impact of Change and Transition initiatives on the organization, processes, and stakeholders.
Prepare strategic and operational documents, including briefing papers, reports, and submissions.
Proactively identify and report emerging issues, providing strategic advice on communication and change.
About You:
Tertiary qualifications in Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management or relevant experience.
Extensive experience in managing change for digital programs.
