Change Management Director
Chiswick - London (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week onsite)
About the role
As the Change Management Director you will lead the BSI Change Management discipline globally as part of the wider Group Change Delivery SLT. You will support the Group Leadership Team's decision making in the selection of projects that deliver or enable the Group's strategic objectives. You will own and maintain the Change Management Framework to uplift Change Management maturity within BSI, drive adherence to our defined good practice to minimize colleague impacts and minimize change resistance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve and improve the Change Management Framework and Toolkit as part of the overall EP&CM Framework.
- Develop and maintain excellent, constructive working relationships at all levels including Group Executive.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of Change Management into project delivery plans.
- Lead and oversee the development and delivery of Change Management solutions to programmes and projects across BSI Group.
- Ensure solutions minimize disruption and maximise colleague adoption through use of high quality Change Management techniques.
- Work closely with Internal Training and Internal Communications leaders to ensure alignment of Change Management solutions to corporate standards and group messages.
- Collaborate with the change communications team on comms and engagement activities of that underpin the overall transformation programme and individual initiatives.
- Lead ad develop the Change Management team.
- Lead the design, engagement and ongoing management of the BSI Change Agent Network.
- Ensure all change programmes are appropriately resourced and that solutions meet requirements across the change lifecycle.
- Ensure change is embedded into BAU through robust handover that ensures the change is sustainable and ensure the transition to BAU for change materials and post live tracking.
- Undertake the delivery of any change programmes as required.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Significant and broad experience in leading business Change Management teams, including application of recognised methods, mythologies and toolkits.
- Significant experience leading change and business adoption across global businesses.
- Extensive knowledge of building Change Management strategies, tools and their application.
- Experience of developing as well as continually improving Change Management frameworks.
- Excellent, proven, stakeholder engagement skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive people management experience.
