We're seeking an experienced Change Implementation Specialist to join us in our journey towards innovation and excellence. We’re inviting a progressive individual to take part in the launch of a digital transformation program for Commercial Real Estate owners and operators.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving change initiatives, with a specific focus on digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include crafting launch strategies, developing onboarding and self-service materials and spearheading implementation efforts.
Timing
Available immediately for 3-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension (potential for 4 days by negotiation)
What You’ll do
Playing a pivotal role in the launch of an innovative platform, the person best suited to this role has strong experience in;
· Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
· Developing change management plan tailored to digital initiatives
· Creating engaging launch strategies to promote adoption of new digital tools and processes
· Designing and producing high-quality onboarding materials, including guides, LOOM tutorials, knowledge hub and online materials for self service
· Supporting client and platform implementation activities
· Facilitating onboarding introductory sessions to educate stakeholders to support the adoption of new technologies and workflows
· Managing and monitor implementation progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise with readiness tools
· Continuously assessing and refine change management strategies based on client feedback and outcomes
