- Work on an enterprise operating model change program (redesign) and prepare the business to implement this change
- Integrate the various change resources across the program that sit across design & implementation, change and capability resources
- Implement and realise the change strategy and plan
- Work with senior stakeholders as well as BAU and project teams including change analysts and managers, and integrate them across the program
- Support both leaders and their people in preparing for a new operating model change
- Plan and lead the facilitation of change impact discussions with stakeholders to identify and quantify impacts, risks and issues.
- Coordinate and track the monitoring of actions arising from change impact assessment.
- Relevant qualifications
- Previous high-level change experience (i.e. lead or director)
- Experience with enterprise transformation programs and operating model change
- Highly beneficial: NSW Government experience
- Ability to work in a complex delivery environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to integrate various project, change and BAU resources to deliver results
- Beneficial (but not essential): knowledge around business interlocks and enablement.
