PM Partners are seeking to hire a Change Lead, to work closely with the business to deliver corporate change initiatives for large ERP projects. Immediate starters!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of the change, providing guidance and coaching.
- Accountable for the delivery of change management initiatives aligned with the business objectives.
- Provide advice and coaching to the impacted users to understand, influence and sustaining the transformational change.
- Provide input, document requirements for and support the design and delivery of training programs for strategic initiatives.
- Continuous review of change strategies to ensure fit for purpose.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Hands on experience as a Change Lead driving major corporate project
- Passion and understanding of people and need when delivering change.
- Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Desire to liaise and work with a wide range of stakeholders to enable and embed successful change.
- Oracle/SAP knowledge will be preferred.
