Our client, one of Australia's most well-known Financial Services organisation's, is seeking a Change Lead to join their team on a fixed-term contract in either Melbourne or Sydney. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of change including change governance, de-risking delivery, and change reporting requirements on a large-scale Customer Migration project.
Key Accountabilities:
- You will ensure that the people and organisational change approach of the migration program is effectively scoped, planned, delivered and embedded.
- You will meet the long-term objectives of the organisation whilst ensuring that change occurs safely and sustainably.
- End-to-end delivery of change including change governance, de-risking delivery, and change reporting requirements.
- Leadership of change specialists within the project.
Experience Required:
- 10+ Years experience in dedicated Change Management positions.
- 5+ Years experience in dedicated Change leadership positions.
- Expert level knowledge and experience in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques and industry best practices.
- Must have prior experience on large-scale Customer Migration projects/ programs (both internal and external migrations). Digitization transformation experience will be considered.
- Extensive experience in leading large and/or complex organisational change programs, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional.
- Demonstrated prior experience in project/ program delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior level stakeholders is essential.
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading customer and frontline impacting change initiatives with quality outcomes.
- Experience leading, motivating and managing high performing change teams.
