About the Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager Program Management you will have responsibility for managing and improving RACV’s end to end project change capability, including implementing fit for purpose standards, resource allocation and planning, and ensuring consistent delivery performance by team members to ensure adoption objectives are realised.

In this hands-on role you will lead a scalable team of specialist change practitioners to ensure quality end to end change management outcomes for RACV’s major projects are achieved.
It will suit a collaborative, pragmatic change leader with extensive experience designing, estimating, and implementing change programs across a diverse range of business projects centered on technology, excellent people leadership and stakeholder influencing skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to improving the organisation’s change management methodology, tools, and templates to ensure their effectiveness and support stakeholders through the change journey.
- Work collaboratively to design and agree required change deliverables across project planning, delivery, and transition activities. Develop Practice member’s capability to do same.
- Design and develop high level change management plans during project planning phase as input into business case submissions, including change impact analysis, stakeholder assessment and engagement, communications, learning strategies, and support and change readiness activities.
- Identify change risks, issues and interdependencies between programs/projects; work closely with the Program Management LT to offer solutions and forward plan around risks and issues related to change management.
- Ensure governance, quality, and consistency of work delivered by the Change Practice
What you’ll need to be successful
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Prosci ® ADKAR change management certification or People Centred Implementation (PCI) or equivalent demonstrated experience in change management
- Experience leading a Change Practice including resource management for projects and programs.
- Change management leadership for major projects / programs centered on Technology across a diverse range of businesses (Contact Centre and / or Accommodation sector experience desirable).
- Experience in coaching and implementing change management techniques in different environments that are right sized and optimise individual, team and organisational outcomes.
- Demonstrated strong people/team management skills and ability to create an effective and collaborative project change team.
- End-to-end experience of the full spectrum of change within projects
- Experience with executive-level engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills in managing diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels
