The Museum has an exciting opportunity for a professional to join the agency as a Change Manager, working within the Information Technology project team located at the National Museum of Australia. The successful candidate will provide quality Change Management, associated plans and reports, internal communications, and staff training guides.
The key duties of the position include
The Change Manager has a range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following:
• Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
• Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change, assess risks and take preventative action.
• Provide support services to project teams to ensure project assurance.
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
• Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology/process.
• Development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
• Provide communications to key stakeholders.
• Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
• Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
• Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
