The newly established Business Intelligence, Planning and Improvement department aims to improve delivery, coordination and alignment of services across the organisation.
We are now looking for strong Change Managers to evolve the Enterprise Change team within the department. You’ll be responsible for establishing a new focus for the existing Change Management team, including introducing frameworks, tools, methodology and recruiting for new team members.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled, committed and collaborative management team that together provide crucial and highly valued services to the rest of the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and plan the overall project / program change management strategy and ensuing plans
- Supervise and manage the development and implementation of key change management deliverables (change management plan; stakeholder assessments etc.)
- Determine and maintain standards, practices, tools, methodologies to be followed in performing change management activities
- Assist with up-front and in-phase planning and execution of change management as it relates to projects
- Support the Project Managers and Project Leads by preparing change management input into governance documentation, presentations, business cases etc.
- Manage the interfaces of Project Change with other key stakeholders across the business and provide advisory and upskilling across the organisation
What you’ll need:
- Significant demonstrated change leadership, management and delivery, including proven ability to establish, lead and manage a small team within a large corporate or consulting organisation
- Ability to adapt and implement change management frameworks, templates and processes.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall projects
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, including proven ability to analyse and understand complex information, business processes and concepts and make decisions based on sound judgments and available relevant research.
- Proven experience establishing productive and strong working relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills.
The required qualifications:
- Professional qualifications in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI accreditation) or other relevant qualification, such as Strategic Human Resources, Communication, Organisational Psychology or similar, or substantial equivalent relevant experience.
