This large scale, government owned corporation in the Energy / Utilities sector is implementing an AI responsible use policy and governance framework, to manage the risk and opportunities of advancing AI use.
An experienced Change Manager will join the program to develop and implement a change strategy to support the implement of the corporate AI policy and framework throughout the business.
You will:
- Develop and manage the detailed change plan / schedule as an integrated part of the project plan;
- Deliver all elements of the stakeholder analysis, change and training needs analysis and planning, communications;
- Develop a business readiness action plan that addresses the identified impacts and delivers outcomes for the initiative;
- Assess and determine business and implementation readiness at various stages of the project lifecycle; and
- Collaborate with GM Sponsors and other business stakeholders to effectively identify, prioritise and manage change impacts and to ensure the right engagement is occurring to support readiness objectives.
