The ICT Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for:
- Working with the ICT Leadership Team, Program and Project managers to develop ICT Change strategies supporting both Enterprise and ICT specific programs. This includes managing changes to ways of working, business process and ensuring the ICT projects that impact stakeholders uplift the capabilities of impacted business units.
- Developing a central ICT program view by linking and aligning stakeholders with impacts brought about by project milestones for annual planning. Thereafter, oversee change management deliverables and activities for ICT-led projects and programs to demonstrate end-user impacts across the organisation.
- Developing a consistent change management methodology and approach for ICT-led projects that meets requirements and considers end user experience. Ensuring the agreed change methodology and approach is consistently applied across all ICT-led projects, and responding to stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the influence that our ICT projects have on the organisation

- Build Enterprise Communications to develop channels, forums and materials to communicate and engage with stakeholders and end users in a meaningful way about technology initiatives being delivered by ICT and seek end user feedback to improve outcomes.
- Track the effectiveness of ICT Projects and Programs from a stakeholder perspective and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Organisation Change Manager, with a focus on transformation of process/technology-driven people change.
- Experience developing and leading change/ transformation for major technology programs across an organisation with multiple business divisions.
- Experience working collaboratively at all levels of the organisation, from ELT to frontline.
- Experience delivering change in large and complex corporate environments.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of the PROSCI or other change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience and capacity to plan for change using methodologies and templates.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in developing and delivering full end-to-end change management lifecycle, from change capacity & portfolio risk assessment, change strategy development (at project initiation) through to change adoption success measurement (at post go-live / hypercare)
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team.
- Experience working in Agile programs.
- Experience in culture change programs would be highly regarded.
- Experience working across a portfolio of programs and/or within a PMO function.
- Experience managing third party suppliers to achieve organisational outcomes
