We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Lead to work on a key initiative establishing and delivering a new Cloud Platform. Working with key customers, the project will address the demand for current and future Cloud requirements, investing in better customer outcomes via an optimised and scalable cloud service offering.
Offering an initial 3 months, based in Fortitude Valley with flexibility, there is a high chance of longer term extensions on offer to join this significant program of work.
Due to a significant growth in demand for cloud capability across the organisation, rapid agility and the ability to scale at pace is required to have this Cloud Transformation Project pave the way for future innovation providing secure, scalable relevant solutions enablement via the new Cloud platform.
About the Role:
The role will form part of a cross-functional team and will be accountable for the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, lead mobilisation of the new Cloud Operating Model supporting ‘new ways of working’ with Cloud across the organisation.
This role will co-design, and partner with a range of key stakeholders across the business, ensuring that the future state service and operating model are well understood and aligned to meet customer needs.
What you will be doing:
- Provide strategic and proactive support and involvement in the design, delivery, and of implementation and education of contemporary and innovative change processes, resources, and initiatives, that enable the organisation’s strategic direction and recognises the relationship between organisational culture, change and organisational effectiveness.
- Maintain the highest level of change consultancy services to clients ensuring accuracy and consistency and meeting demands created by conflicting priorities and client expectations by building and fostering trusting relationships.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with a community and network of change leaders across the department.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to co-design change solutions to support business needs or requirements, including high level change management advice and coaching.
- Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies, plans, and materials to influence and engage leaders from across the organisation.
- Extensive experience leading transformational change for Cloud (Azure and AWS) across large ICT environments, including proven experience in bringing customers on the journey, management and resolving complex issues in a collaborative and transparent way, building customer confidence and trust in delivery to maximise service uptake.
- Experience leading services on an opt-in rather than mandatory basis will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to design and develop innovative resources and solutions, which consider contemporary change management practices and approaches, and user experience in the design process.
- Proven ability to work effectively and deliver results in an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to understand, interpret and present data and information, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment.
