Risk is a critical function, with highly valued and innovative teams that enable ANZ to deliver its purpose.
The Change Manager, Risk Transformation is critical to making this happen and will be experienced in delivering within complex project or program environments while applying a practical and people-centric lens to your work. You will thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment and excel within a team environment.
You will be working across a workstream to drive the change strategy aligned to the program, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting people and project outcomes and being hands on with delivery.
What will your day look like
- Developing and delivering quality change interventions and artefacts including communications, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, learning, change readiness, metrics, and evaluation.
- Recommend opportunities, change mitigations and engagement strategies to adapt the change approach and support the overarching program delivery.
- Supporting change governance, planning, and reporting requirements.
- Define and implement measures of change management performance, leveraging data and metrics to make informed decisions and guide iterative change.
- Engagement, collaboration, and relationship building with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts, project team members and leadership.
- Facilitate and participate in workshops to understand change requirements and activities needed to support a positive customer and employee experience.
- Develop BAU transition plans and support handover of change activities to the business.
- Apply the ANZ Change Methodology and tools in a way that is simple and fit for purpose while sharing lessons learned and continuous improvement of the toolkit.
What will you bring?
- A passion for applying practical change to complex projects or programs of work.
- Recent in-depth experience as a Senior Change Analyst or Change Manager in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- A hands-on approach to change management.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing, and gaining buy in.
- Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders.
- Experience identifying change impacts and change risks, while developing and executing agreed upon and targeted change interventions.
- Proactive and driven approach with the ability to deliver autonomously.
- Proven ability to apply, develop and adapt change approaches, and create engaging and effective change solutions.
Good to have:
- Experience in designing and developing engaging blended learning experiences that measurably add value to the business.
- A natural communicator able to develop compelling communications and messaging aligned to the program that resonates and is for fit for purpose to convey benefits, allay concerns, and prompt action across diverse audience groups.
- An understanding of the ANZ change landscape and commercial environment, bringing breadth and depth of change expertise to the work.
- Experience across Risk business.
- Stay up to date on Change Management industry developments, latest trends and research.
- Change Management certification (e.g. PROSCI, CCMP)
