AddressSynchro Partners is partnering with a mid – sized enterprise undertaking digital, technology and IT operating model transformation. We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to join the leadership team.
The role revolves around planning and oversight of digital initiatives across the enterprise. This includes setting up governance forums, formulating the strategy and overseeing delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning of Enterprise digital initiatives
- Harmonize strategic planning and delivery structures with enterprise architecture approval protocols, project portfolio management, and demand governance.
- Oversee budget adherence and intervene when necessary, contributing to the yearly ICT budget formulation and quarterly business planning phases.
- Skillfully negotiate and influence executive stakeholders.
- Spearhead the development of strategic Digital aligned roadmaps, operational plans, and digital initiative pipelines, ensuring a sustainable investment prioritization methodology.
- Collaborate with Finance counterparts and Portfolio Governance/PMO Managers to establish and implement strategic planning, operational planning, and investment management frameworks.
- Design a robust performance management and reporting framework to facilitate compliance reviews, monitoring, and reporting.
- Advocate for best practices, offer training, and ensure adherence to project delivery and governance standards.
- Cultivate a shared vision for programs, fostering a collaborative team culture focused on achieving program objectives and realizing benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading transformation initiatives and developing IT strategies and roadmaps, as well as overseeing program delivery. You should possess a strong technology background with leadership experience in technology streams, have managed end-to-end Digital Transformation, and have collaborated with a diverse range of stakeholders, from operational staff to C-suite executives.
