About the role
Our new Change Manager will be responsible for supporting senior Change Managers in the team, taking ownership of the practical and administrative tasks which need to be completed within strict deadlines.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Comply with a structured methodology to support change management activities
- Identify and analyse stakeholders
- Complete change management assessments to assess the change impact
- Contribute to change management strategies
- Identify risks and anticipated resistance from stakeholders
- Coordinate actionable deliverables set by senior members of the team
- Support communication efforts and training
- Support and engage people leaders and change champions
- Coach managers and supervisors
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Ongoing management of stakeholders
- Support the growth of V/Line’s change management maturity
- Coordinate and evaluate user readiness
- Track and report issues and success metrics, and monitor change progress
About you
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in a change analyst position
- Must have 1+ years’ experience as a Change Manager
- Established experience in business impact assessments and business readiness planning
- Proven experience using industry recognised change methodology, Prosci ADKAR highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to execute change deliverables end-to-end on large/complex projects
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Tertiary qualification in business, communications or similar (highly desirable)

Remuneration for this position starts from $120,000 total remuneration package and will be in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2019 / Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2019).
