They are looking for a Change Manager on 6 month (extendable) contract role to join their fast paced Change team and be a key player in driving large transformational projects.
Job Description
Accomplish key change management tasks, which involve-
Identifying stakeholders affected by the change.
Crafting a tailored change approach through design and development.
Conducting impact assessments and establishing readiness actions.
Gathering data to set baselines or define and monitor change metrics.
Planning workshops, handling logistics, preparing content, and identifying participants.
Scheduling and planning activities, defining sequences, and organizing tasks.
Validating change readiness through assessments and supporting ongoing stakeholder and relationship management activities throughout project lifecycles.
Providing assistance in establishing organizational change capability and maturity, including the creation of change frameworks, policies, and templates. Ensuring that decisions made under delegation and as recommended in reports are precise, accurate, and aligned with relevant policies and objectives.
Taking the lead in developing, implementing, and training on change management frameworks and processes across the entire organization. Supporting the realization of organizational benefits by implementing strategies to sustain commitment to change.
Collaborating with various functions and teams involved in supporting the management and implementation of a dynamic business environment. Actively participating in the performance, development, and review processes.
This role may also involve carrying out additional duties within the employee's skills, competence, and training, as discussed in the change process.
The Successful Applicant
3+ years experience Change Manager level delivering complex change programmes (mandatory)
Certified Prosci trainer/user (preferred)
Experience in Victorian Public Sector (preferred)
Relevant tertiary education in change management, HR, technology (preferred)
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successful change management projects.
Proficiency in change management software and tools.
