Working within a specialised project team and reporting directly to the Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for the developing the change management plan as well as lead and synthesise the change requirements and priorities across multiple streams within the organisation.
You are an experienced Change Manager with exposure to fast paced, people, tech and/or process-led change in customer centric environments. You bring experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies together with a strong capability to consult with a broad variety of stakeholders and lead functions and teams through change journeys.
With strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time, you make quick decisions based on experience and good judgement.
This role is primarily about the development of a change program and leading the change planning for this organisation – it is less focussed on change delivery. We will therefore be looking for experience as a Change Manager or Change Consultant within complex transformation programs. Experience within the education sector will be helpful.
