This position will support various areas Program and Project management, including financials, scheduling, documentation and analysis, governance, stakeholder management and team coordination. The Project Coordinator will also perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation, information distribution, report collation and communication support. This role will work with UTS Senior Executives, UTS business and technical stakeholders, program team leaders and members, and external suppliers.
Detailed DescriptionAbout YouAs the Project Coordinator, you will have:
- Proficiency across collaboration and specialist tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability and success in scheduling and coordinating delivery of projects.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Coordinator in the delivery and/or support of a complex project/program environment
- Ability to analyse data to make recommendations for planning purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a range of multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Advanced relationship building capabilities across a broad range of stakeholders
- Completion of a relevant undergraduate qualification and project coordination experience and/or an equivalent combination of relevant
Remuneration/SalaryBase Salary Range: $91,254 to $98,805 pa (HEW 6) per annum pro-rata to 3 days per week.This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.UTS staff also benefit from a wide range of include flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.This position is Part-time (0.6FTE, 3 days per week) and appointment will be made on a Fixed Term basis for an initial two year contract.
