Job summary Based in Sydney, our Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for overall marketing planning and execution of the business strategies for the channel partners and business segments of ESET Australia.
Job description
What you will do:

• Responsible for drafting and executing channel and direct marketing strategies.
• Content and asset development, building and executing holistic acquisition and retention strategies across various business segments.
• Drive demand generation to Sales Pipeline Acceleration with high impact Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
• Develop Lead Management and qualification process to measure ROI and ensure optimum use of Marketing funds.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives for Partner recruitment, Demand generation and Deal size value (Up-sell & Cross-sell) through effective Channel Enablement and Incentives programs.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales during the sales planning by clearly understanding the business plan and provide corresponding business inputs and develop a framework for marketing development funds.
• Partner with Regional and Global Marketing to streamline the process, communications, and annual co-planning.
• Manage multiple marketing budgets and provide regular management reports required by management.
• Acts as first level escalation for resolving marketing opportunities, issues, and relationship points with distributors.

Requirements
At least 5years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Channel Marketing
Full experience/exposure to end-end marketing is required
Good grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends
Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
Attention to detail alongside organizational, project management skills.
