What you'll do
As a Chapter Lead (Product), you will lead a team of passionate, empowered Product Managers and Solution Analysts to establish and deliver the Content and Marketing product portfolio strategy.
Your key focus areas:
- Product portfolio strategy. Partner with tribe leaders, domain and Chapter Leads and your chapter to co-create the vision and delivery strategy for your Product Portfolio and meet the success criteria for the tribe
- Leadership. Recruiting and onboarding top talent into your Chapter, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to have a great team experience through their 30,60,90 days. Coaching direct reports so they are engaged and empowered in their role and have a clear career path at WooliesX.
- Outcomes: Ensure teams have what they need for successful delivery of outcomes across the product lifecycle. Ensure they are crystal clear on objectives and key results. Make judgement calls and investment tradeoffs when the team is having difficulties prioritising. Unblock issues squads face by partnering across the business to create alignment.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Group or Senior Product Manager, Solution Analysis Manager or Design Manager for a large multichannel retail business
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading Product Management and/or Solution Analysis team members, developing careers and building top talent in a large corporate environment
- Prior experience with content management systems, product led growth and/or mobile apps desireable
