Your role:
In your role you’ll play the pivotal first step in our patient’s fertility journey. Understandably many of our patients have a range of questions, the most common being “how do I start my fertility journey”.
That’s where you come in.
You’ll respond to a variety of enquiries via email and over the phone, helping our patients understand the different pathways and what might be best suited for them and their situation. In addition to providing our patients with a comprehensive understanding of the fertility process, you also ensure that they’re connected them with the right professionals from within our organisation, so their fertility journey can begin.
About you:
We focus on providing empathetic and informative journeys for our patients, so we’re looking for people who have a genuine interest in fertility and women’s health. It’s important that you have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
City Fertility offers a range of different IVF and Fertility services to different members of the community, so it’s important that you’re a fast learner, with the ability to apply this information in a practical sense.
With the fertility journey being different for everyone, it’s important that you’re an empathetic and compassionate communicator who can quickly build rapport.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter.
