Form of workElixir Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced Chef for our busy HQ cafe, operating Monday to Saturday.
The role is for 30-38 hrs per week and includes NO nights, NO Sundays, NO Public Holidays!
The successful applicant must have previous experience and the ability to do or possess the following:
- Take pride when presenting and plating meals
- Able to take directions, as well as work confidently on tasks independently.
- Great communication skills
- Keep up to date with cooking trends, best practices
- Skills and knowledge of current food safety requirements and legislation
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Relevant trade qualification in commercial cookery
- Ability to work between the hours of 6am - 3pm
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a calm demeanor
- Be extremely team orientated
