We require a self motivated and dedicated chef, for an immediate start, to work in our friendly team of professionals. This is a casual position. And if you are looking for a work life balance , this role is for you.

- Experience on Fryer and Larder
- Trade qualifications
- References for referral
- Willingness to learn
- A passion for food
- Well organised
- Ability to follow directions
- Understanding of food costs, labour and budgets
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume kitchen
- Check the quantity and quality of all products received to ensure items are ordered and standards have been met
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to reduce wastage
- Experience implementing and managing food safety programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- A passion for mentoring, coaching and training of junior chefs/cooks including apprentices
- Hard working and reliable
- Good work ethics
- Work in a clean and tidy manner
- Able to work within a team
- Must have own transport
