The Ventnor Hotel is located overlooking Ventnor Bay on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula of South Australia. Port Vincent is 2 hours from Adelaide by car and central to all towns & attractions on Yorke Peninsula.
We are looking to our add to our kitchen team to assist with our very busy food operation. Our 130 seat bistro offers Lunch & Dinner service across 7 days, on occasion we also offer Breakfast.
Ideally you will have,
Relevant Trade Qualifications.
The Right to work in Australia.
Experience across Larder, Grill, Fryer & mis en place.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
Ability to work across a 7 day roster including split shifts with flexibility pending demand.
Good Communication Skills.
Enjoy working in a regional area.
