We are looking to fill 2 Positions, and want an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Cook/Chef, and a switched on hard working Pizza Cook/Chef that has experience working with a Gas Deck Pizza Oven.

We are passionate about food and our hand-made Italian style menu and require a like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team.

This is an amazing opportunity for the right person who is interested in progressing and growing within the business, as these roles could develop into leadership position(s). 

These are Contract Positions, with the view to progress to Permanant Position for the right candidates. 

In your Primary role, you will:

Chef/Cook Position; 

• Have min 2yrs previous experience preparing & cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment (essential)
• Have min 2yrs previous experience preparing & cooking Steak & Seafood 
• Have Excellent Customer Service Skills - You will be required from time to time, to go to the Customers tables & discuss specials etc
• Have a passion for food and presentation
• Bring your own creative flair to our established menu
• Wash Pots/Pans & Equipment used during prep & service  -Clean Kitchen/wash dishes
• Work closely with the entire team regarding the stock and produce ordering.
• Be available to work Thursday & Friday, Sat & Sun split shift 4.5hrs Day & 4.5hrs Night as well as Monday night.

Pizza Cook/Chef Position;

• Min 2yrs experience in fast paced environment 
• Min 2yrs experience making Pizzas from start to finish
• Experience cooking Pizzas in a Gas Deck Oven
• Have Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Have a passion for food and presentation
• Wash Dishes, Pots/Pans & Equipment used during prep & service  -Clean tables
• Work closely with the entire team regarding the stock and produce ordering
• Be available to work Thursday & Friday, Sat & Sun split shift 4.5hrs Day & 4.5hrs Night as well as Monday night.
