- Experienced and Expertise in the kitchen as a cook/ chef.
- Attention to detail for perfect recipes.
- Efficiently managing time during busy hours.
- Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with other chefs, cooks and kitchen staff.
- Effectively conveying orders and instructions among kitchen staff.
- Understanding and meeting customer preferences and needs.
- Knowledge of cost control, inventory management and budgeting.
- Designing and planning diverse and appealing menus.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hazard prevention.
- Working hour: minimum of 38 hour/week. Also, must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well.

- Certificate III or Certificate IV (Commercial Cookery) and at least 2 years' experience(desired but not required)
- A Diploma of Hospitality and at least 2 years' experience (desired but not required)
** If you do not hold a qualification, you must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.

A salary between $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates. (Can be Negotiated)
