Pump Haircare, located in Chatswood, Sydney is a premium hair care Brand. As an e-commerce business, we sell to retail customers all over the world and our products can be found in selected hair and beauty salons across Australia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our small team. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week and offers flexible start and finish times to suit you. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the operational aspects of our Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Supply Chain process, from demand and supply planning to outbound logistics, to ensure the seamless flow of goods and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply & Demand Planning:

• Lead an efficient and effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Maintain and enhance all aspects of the S&OP process to integrate supply, demand, inventory, NPD, SKU, and vendor management.
• Lead the supply and demand planning process, forecasting future demand based on sales data and ongoing forecasts.
• Manage purchasing activities to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery from suppliers.
• Optimise inventory levels and identify and mitigate risks impacting supply and timelines.
• Manage the inventory between the fulfillment center and our 3PL. 

Purchasing and Vendor Management:

• Cultivate relationships with manufacturing contractors and product suppliers.
• Implement procurement optimisation strategies and ensure product quality control.
• Source and establish new suppliers in line with business objectives.
• Processing & maintaining Purchase Orders.

ERP Systems and Logistics:

• Maintain an effective ERP system for demand/supply management.

B2C Ecommerce:

• Oversee operational requirements of ecommerce platforms for efficient service delivery to customers.
• Lead various projects, including system enhancements.
• Handle administrative tasks related to address fixes, label problems, and shipping data input.

Systems & Reporting:

• Provide reporting from Shopify, CIN7, and Inventory Planner.
• Ensure integration and functionality of systems and websites.

Warehouse

• Receiving orders.
• Stock-takes.
• Warehouse maintenance.
• Loading & unloading of trucks. 
• General warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Shopify and CIN7 experience highly regarded
• Proven experience in Supply Chain and logistics management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and ecommerce platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
