BAIA DI VINO restaurant is looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE to join our team.
Overlooking the ocean, Baia Di Vino is a Mediterranean restaurant, bar and wine store in the bayside suburb of Sandringham. Baia Di Vino is the second venue from the team behind Riserva, Malvern East.
Hitting the shores of Sandringham Baia Di Vino quite literally translates to ‘wine bay’, It is a contemporary expression of the simple and relaxed European coastal life, and Sandringham provides the perfect backdrop with its natural beauty and coastal characteristics, it’s a match made in culinary heaven. Baia celebrates modern-European dining with subtle references to the bay, with a menu that is simple and changes with the seasons. Service is professional, yet warm and attentive.
Baia is frequented by loyal local clients who are greeted by name and treated as one of the family.
Baia is open for dinner Monday to Thursday 5pm until late, and lunch Friday until Sunday from 12pm
You will be working side by side with experienced chefs and mentored by our senior team. We offer a positive, inclusive working environment with unlimited room for growth within our group of businesses.

- Expected salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
