- The successful CHEF needs to have a proven track record, great people skills and the ability to be part of a small team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Some duties include:
- Foods are properly dated and organised for quality assurance
- Assist in food and product ordering by keeping detailed records to minimise waste
- Prepares and assists cooking and organising kitchen stock and ingredients
- Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during peak operation hours/days of trad
- Complies with the conditions of the food hygiene policies
- All foods are properly dated and organised.
- the right candidate will be approachable, very organized, and able to take direction. You will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Experience in cooking seafood and frying foods is essential.
