About Subi Continental: Nestled at the corner of Roberts and Rokeby Roads, our venue carries the legacy of the iconic Subiaco Pavilion Markets. We're more than just a restaurant; we're a bustling euro-style bistro with a menu that caters to all-day dining. For those seeking a late-night indulgence, we offer a delectable supper menu paired with exquisite wines. Our inviting space features a private dining room suitable for intimate gatherings or grand celebrations, all set against the backdrop of our wrap-around alfresco terrace.
The right candidate will:
- Be ready to roll up their sleeves and join our enthusiastic, vibrant team.
- Have a genuine passion for all things food and strong knife skills.
- Demonstrate a keen ability to work in a small team environment.
- Assist the team in promoting a healthy, positive work culture.
- Maintain a high standard of kitchen operations.
- Must have the right to work in Australia or be a permanent resident.
As a CDP at Subi Continental, you will:
- Be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation and have the opportunity to assist with new dishes and menu development.
- Be paid on Level 6 of the HIGA with all relevant penalty rates, plus a retention bonus structure, which will be offered based on experience.
- Have room for growth and promotion as our team and business expand. With four venues across Perth, there are plenty of opportunities.
