We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie at ibis Styles Karratha, you will play a key role in supporting our Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. From crafting delectable dishes to ensuring kitchen efficiency and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, you'll contribute to delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe development.
- Oversee and participate in cooking and food production activities, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously enhance menu offerings and culinary techniques.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
